By downloading, accessing, or using the LabbyQ mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Not Medical Advice

LabbyQ provides informational content only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by LabbyQ. Always consult with your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of LabbyQ (such as Trends and Dr. Q chat) require a premium subscription.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the lab reports and data you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze that data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabbyQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any decisions made based on the AI-generated health information provided.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or via email.
